THE 10-FOOT CLUB: Where Volleyball Players Jump Higher, React Faster and Win More

In The 10-Foot Club, we unleash players’ potential through volleyball-specific training that improves movement, reaction time, total body power, and overall athleticism. Our volleyball training program serves middle school and high school athletes (ages 12-18).

All workouts are customized to individual athletes based on their age, ability and experience. In our training groups, coaches teach proper lifting techniques and monitor exercise form. This helps athletes not only use proper form but also develop safer habits.

The 10-Foot Club classes take place every weekday evening. Athletes also get access to our Intermediate or Elite athlete training classes. You get even more options for your schedule.

Start your journey with a complimentary one-on-one assessment led by our certified coaches. We assess an athlete’s abilities and needs, then tailor the program to help them reach their goals.

Our Volleyball Training Helps Athletes…

Unlock More Vertical Jump Height

We’re called The 10-Foot Club for a reason. Players test their vertical, block and 3-step approach. Then we train total body power to elevate performance.

Hit More, Hit Harder

Training agility, quickness and reaction time helps athletes reach any spot on the court faster. Power and strength development adds speed to your smashing spikes.

Reduce Injury Risk

Full body strength work doesn’t just help players become more athletic. We make volleyball players more durable by addressing key areas for preventing common injuries.

What happens in ‘The 10-Foot Club’ Volleyball Training classes?

Class sessions for The 10-Foot Club are 90 minutes long and typically include…

  • Dynamic Warm Up: Activate muscles, improve mobility, and prime the body for action. This routine helps guard against injuries and prepare the body to perform.

  • Agility and Quickness Training: Players learn to move rapidly and with precision. This type of training focuses on improving coordination, balance, speed, and reaction time. The result: Better multidirectional movement.

  • Power Training Block: Enhances the body’s ability to generate force quickly. Power training involves exercises that empower athletes to be more explosive. This translates to an increased vertical jump.

  • Full Body Strength Training: Sessions end with each athlete following an individualized strength training program that matches their current ability. Players not only get stronger in the weight room, they become more durable on the court. .

  • Athlete-Specific Modifications: We adapt sessions throughout the year for in-season and out-of-season athletes, and can adjust for athletes who have other sports or goals.
